TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
* Refund Policy - If sites are cancelled within 3 days of the order, there will be a $65.00 cancellation fee.  If sites are
cancelled following the 3 day period, no refund will be given.
* There is a charge of $45 for name changes.  Spell carefully and neatly!
* Annual maintenance fee per web site of $249
* Domain names are purchased by Planet Technology Group, Inc. and remain the property of Planet Technology Group, Inc.
* We reserve the right to purchase the name by availability and cannot guarantee in advance what that name will be.
more than 30 days late, we reserve the right to cancel service to the client and resell the web site.
* It is the responsibility of the Customer to supply Planet Technology Group, Inc. with accurate and current information.
* I understand that these are templated sites and that I'm limited on the changes that can be made to them.
* I understand that I may trade out pictures and graphics on the individual pages of the site with pictures and graphics that I
might provide.
* I understand that the text on the opening page can be edited with text that I provide.
* I understand that I may sell advertising space on the Professional Services Page.  I also understand that Planet Technology
Group, Inc. will display pure text advertisements on the Professional Services Page free of charge.  Logos, borders, color
backgrounds, etc. can be added for an additional one time fee of $10 per advertisement.
* I further understand that these ads will disclose that the service providers have been recommended by myself.  I also
understand that there is no guarantee that these ads will be placed on the top section of the page.
* I understand that there are fourteen pages that are standard to the web sites, and there are pages that can be left out at
the time of my set up.
